Product Overview
SENSAiO wireless differential pressure sensors provide continuous, high-accuracy monitoring of pressure differentials across critical industrial assets such as filters, separators, heat exchangers, pipelines, and HVAC systems. Designed for fast deployment and long-term autonomy, the sensor measures two synchronized pressure inputs and calculates real-time ΔP without wiring or external power. The device is ATEX Zone 1 certified, ensuring safe operation in explosive atmospheres including oil & gas facilities, chemical plants, offshore platforms, mining operations, and hydrogen infrastructure. Built with a rugged, corrosion-resistant enclosure and a modular battery cartridge, the sensor allows fast, tool-free battery replacement while remaining installed in the field. Using LoRaWAN® long-range wireless communication, ΔP data is transmitted securely over distances up to 10 km, accessible via cloud dashboards, SCADA systems, or mobile devices.
